Gameplay Overview

Play this classic casino game by spinning the wheel numbered 0–36 with a variety of betting types, allowing you to manage your bankroll and strike it big. The result is determined on-chain via VRF (Verifiable Random Function), ensuring every spin is provably fair and tamper-proof.

Players can bet red, black, odd, even, high (19–36), low (1–18), or straight-up on any individual number (0–36). Roulette lets you control the volatility of play — choose lower but stable payouts (1:1) with even-money bets, or high volatility with giant payouts (35:1) by picking your lucky number. Zero (0) loses all even-money bets but can be picked as a straight-up number.

Betting Options

Set your chip value, adjust your wager with the half/double/max buttons, and place your bet. Wagers are deducted from your credit balance (pUSD deposited on the dashboard). Payouts are credited instantly after VRF settlement.

Bet limits are determined by the protocol’s NPL (Net Payout Liability) system. Each wager’s NPL equals its max payout minus the wager itself — so a straight bet’s NPL is 35× the wager, while an even-money bet’s NPL equals the wager. Three caps apply: per-wager NPL ≤ 0.2% of bankroll, per-player open NPL ≤ 1.0%, and global open NPL ≤ 5.0%. Use the Max button to automatically calculate the highest allowed wager for your selected bet type.

On-Chain & Provably Fair

Every bet is placed as a smart contract transaction on MegaETH. The spin result is computed as randomWord % 37 using drand-sourced verifiable randomness, making it cryptographically verifiable that neither the house nor the player can manipulate the outcome. The VRF request uses 3 block confirmations before fulfillment. If the oracle fails to respond within 1 hour, the player can claim a full refund. All bet history and payouts are recorded on-chain and publicly auditable.

House Edge & RTP

Single-zero European format with 37 pockets (0–36). The expected return is 36/37 ≈ 97.30% for every bet type — whether you bet even-money (18 winning pockets out of 37, paying 1:1) or straight-up (1 winning pocket out of 37, paying 35:1). That gives a house edge of just 1/37 ≈ 2.70%, lower than American double-zero tables (5.26%).
